Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Additionally contained in this latest photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling different parts of the property.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the current congressional release.
